There won't be a regular comic tonight, though there may be another one of these. I'm working on submitting a theme for the igoogle homepage thingee, and this is the first background. If you're not familiar with igoogle, the themes can be coded to change throughout the day.

Well, I decided a long time ago that themes weren't worth anything in iGoogle and today I was thinking of going back to doing without iGoogle entirely since their Gmail and Reader gadgets aren't terribly useful compared to their full blown brothers.

To be completely honest, I've been thinking of moving on too. It may take more than a week for this to show up to the public, depending on what they decide to do once it's submitted.

ReplyDeleteI don't bother with iGoogle, but I wouldn't mind seeing the kittehs in my email.
I gave up on iGoogle recently as well. I was annoyed when that added that giant tab on the left. What a waste of real estate! But a Gmail theme would still be welcome. :)

ReplyDeleteIdk, I actually like iGoogle. I can see the weather, if I have e-mail and a reminder "to-do" list all at once. But whatevs.
