Laugh-Out-Loud Cats #899 and a note regarding #900
#900 will not be posted tomorrow. I still need to catch up on #s 500, 600, 700, and 800 after all. I'll make a week of it, but not for a while yet. So very busy.

Invisible mountains
BuddyCole won this comic a few weeks ago in the Neatorama caption contest, and now he's scanned it and revealed my secrets. There's also a scan of the secret on the back side of this comic, but I'll let you click through to find it.

Perry went to the effort of plugging in every word of every caption of nearly 900 Laugh-Out-Loud Cats comics, and this is the result.
Thank you, Perry.
You can make your own at wordle.net. Someone should do Garfield.

Read Moby Dick 140 characters at a time
A few days ago on twitter, I wondered aloud how long it would take to tweet Moby Dick in it's entirety. Dan Coulter (the coding genius behind e-hobo.com and other ventures) stepped forward and set up a twitter feed to find out the answer. As of this morning, you can start reading Moby Dick in very small segments throughout the day. Here is the link.

Laugh-Out-Loud Cats #894
A note:
Thank you all for your continued comments and commentary here and on flickr. If I was not quite so busy I would do more to respond more often.
Again, thanks.

There may not be a comic posted today
...but here's an even better treat! Jason has completed his wonderfully awesome sculpture of everyone's favorite miniature hobo cat, Pip.
Click on it to get a better look, and a couple more views on flickr.
Thanks a million, Jason!
As for tonight's comic, I'll do my best, but we are in the midst of unpacking and painting today, and I can't guarantee I'll be able to make it to a scanner. Meanwhile, enjoy Jason's handiwork.
