I haven't forgotten about number 400. It'll be up and on ebay in the coming week or so. Number 500 is on the horizon as well, and I have something special planned for it: it'll be given away to a lucky (randomly chosen) member of the fan club, no matter when they joined. Keep it under your hat, though. Further details and the actual comic are still pending.
