Thanks to everyone who has ordered the book! It's quite possible the unsigned copies directly from lulu will be showing up on people's doorsteps as early as tomorrow. Who will be the first to get one? Will it be you!?!?!

I just ordered mine yesterday... will be a long wait for me, with the international shipping and slow german post. But well, it's surely worth it :)
I got my "your order has been shipped" notice yesterday evening. huzzah! But it may take a bit of time to get to me here in Canadia...
I got mine today!
I also ordered a signed one but needed the (near) instant gratification that the unsigned one would bring.
I loved every page and the only thing I can say, besides expressing the joy that this book gave me, is "when will there be another?!?"
Wohoo! Mine came today! Loved it! Ready for volume two! Exclamation point!
