Hey Adam! I just saw your "Spite Houses" link on Boing boing and I wanted to let you know that I'm the author of the cake-house comment and how funny that is that you found it. You see, I have a hobo that you drew for me a few years ago that resides on the wall behind my toilet (which means I stare at it all the time). I also play hobo songs publicly in an old timey-band (myspace.com/earnesthemnhaw) so you linking to me is come kind of bizarre coincidence that just about blows my mind.
Kitteh appears to already be considering how he can use it in his next quest for LOOT.
ReplyDeletePip's sweater is pretty darn snappy. Tennis, anyone?
Who's peeking out of that inadequately-boarded-up window? Or perhaps I should ask _what_ is.
ReplyDeleteNameless Offspring looks tired, unless it has fainted.

ReplyDeleteCheers!
The internet really is a small world, Daniel! Hello again! Which hobo did I draw for you?
ReplyDeleteHi Adam! You drew Earnest Hem'n'haw, which is my band's name.

I was the one who also sent you an mp3 of ourselves performing Harry McClintock's, "Hallelujah I'm a Bum."
Out of curiosity, how on earth did you find out about our cake house? It's so obscure!
