Have I mentioned Kitteh has a secret? It's not at all similar to Pip's, but equally intriguing. I suppose I'll have to reveal it at some point, now that I've mentioned it.

now we MUST know Kitteh's secret!
love the KV portrait on the boxcar -- was B. Pilgrim there?
and the toon illustrates the essay so well -- lovely all around!
(sleepy Pip with leaf! eee!)
I just read the Vonnegut essay that inspired this cartoon and it is a tremendously life-affirming piece of literature.
One quote in particular dovetailed with relevatory thought I had this morning: "My epitaph, should I ever need one, God forbid: 'The only proof he ever needed of the existence of God was music.' ''
Last night I had the sublime pleasure of seeing one of my favorite musical acts in concert. I was reflecting on the event on my commute to work this morning and it occured to me that music is as close as we come, perhaps, to quantifying the human soul. What a happy accident it is to know other people are having the same thought today.
P.S. A secret. I knows it.
Spill teh beans, buddy cole...
I can't... sworn to secrecy I am. But the good news is, I'm most likely disqualified from any prizes should Mr. Lad make a contest of guessing what it is.
just out of curiosity, does kitteh know pip's secret? it's been bugging me since i learned it.
